Mother’s Day weekend and plenty to do to celebrate Mom. So many festivals- the Italian Festival in McAlester looks good as does the Tabouleh Festival in Bristow. Strawberry Festival in Stilwell and a Flower Festival in Oklahoma City are two things that also looks to be good for mom. Music festival in McAlester, wine festival in Stillwater, and a Mopar car show in Bristow if you are looking for something different for the weekend. Keep an eye on the weather, somethings might get cancelled if mother nature gets out of control, so check the internet for the status of each event.

What’s Going on in Oklahoma: March 10th- March 12th

Sounds like Saturday will be nice this weekend, good thing because there are lots of things going on. The very popular St. Patrick’s Day parade will be Saturday morning in Stockyard City, Tulsa has home and garden show going on, and in Newcastle, you can get up close with alpacas. The First Americans Museum is hosting a pop culture festival, Stilwell has a bigfoot symposium, and the first Route 66 Exchange will be going on just north of Lake Overholser at Lakeview Market. Find something on this list and get out.
