Food Friday: Maple and Honey Coffee Company
If you are up in north Edmond or south Guthrie a new coffee shop has opened and it’s worth a stop. In a small building just south of a strip mall sits the new Maple and Honey Coffee Company.
Opened in March of 2024, this little coffee hut is just a quick stop to get some good coffee. Big K has stopped here a few times and loved everything he has gotten. A few weeks ago was my first visit, I got an iced brown sugar and vanilla latte. Big K got the House, a blended maple breve with a maple soft top and cinnamon. Didn’t take long to get our drinks and we took off down Waterloo Road. I had a quick sip of Big K’s drink, it was good, definite maple flavor. Mine was amazing, love how the brown sugar mixed with the vanilla.
Maple and Honey Coffee Company is a great place to just drive up and get a quick drink. Only about a year old, this veteran owned business has been developing a following. There were quite a few cars driving up but the baristas kept the line moving. So I’ll give them 5 strips of bacon, excited to be up there again to try more of their menu.
